• To promote, control & develop bodybuilding & physical culture throughout the South Pacific Region .

  

•  To promote an interest in and a dedication to better fitness & health  through physical culture, proper nutrition & weight training .

  

• To develop & intensify friendship & co-operation among the National Association and bodybuilders from all countries.

  

• To conduct drug testing at all SPBBF & Games events in accordance to the I.F.B.B. Rules.

  

•  To co-ordinate and supervise the activities of the S.P.B.B.F. Affiliates

  

•  To collaborate with SPGC (South Pacific Games Council) & GAASF (General Association of the Asian Sports Federation) and with other organisations having as their objective the promotion of sports.

  

•  To enhance the status of our beloved sport so that it may be officially recognised by the IOC
